1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and J2 Bet Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the J2 Bet Game website, mobile application and all related services including sports betting, live casino, fish games, bonus offers and payment processing.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and J2 Bet Game.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use J2 Bet Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. J2 Bet Game is strictly an adult platform and we do not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, company or organisation.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the platform. Only one account per person, household, device or IP address is permitted.

• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting or gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to determine and comply with applicable local laws.

J2 Bet Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all bets placed, games played, bonuses claimed and financial transactions made. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your account credentials with any other person.

You must notify J2 Bet Game support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account; however, we cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal verification processes. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4 Deposits

J2 Bet Game accepts deposits exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page. Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• J2 Bet Game does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made in error.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name used on your J2 Bet Game account.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity and payment verification before processing. If your account has not previously been verified, you may be asked to submit documentation at this stage.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only funds in your real-money balance are eligible for withdrawal.
• J2 Bet Game aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts. This is a standard security procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is an ongoing investigation into suspicious account activity, potential bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

J2 Bet Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cricket free bets, PSL-specific promotions and VIP rewards. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer on the Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonus offers unless the specific terms of an individual offer state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets are specified in each offer's terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer can be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• No bonus stacking: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically permitted in the offer terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or exploiting pricing errors — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Withdrawal during active bonus: If you withdraw funds while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.

J2 Bet Game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not negatively affect players who have already claimed and begun using the offer in question.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on J2 Bet Game are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform. Cricket betting — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — is governed by the same general rules with additional cricket-specific rules applying where relevant.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are not valid and any funds involved will be returned to your account balance.
• Pricing errors: If a market is published with an obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are clearly far outside normal ranges — J2 Bet Game reserves the right to void any bets placed on that market, regardless of the outcome.
• Abandoned or postponed events: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Sport-specific rules may apply in certain cases, particularly for in-play or partial-event markets.
• Live betting: Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to platform availability. There may be a short delay between your bet submission and acceptance during live events. J2 Bet Game reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per day or per event. These limits are disclosed on the platform.
• Minimum bet: Minimum stake amounts apply and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. Bets below the minimum will not be accepted.

8 Casino & Fish Games

J2 Bet Game offers live casino games including baccarat, roulette and blackjack, as well as a dedicated fish games section. All casino and fish game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer processes, as applicable to each game type.

• Casino games and fish games are for entertainment purposes. Each game has a stated return-to-player (RTP) percentage or equivalent, which is available within the game or in the platform's game information section.
• Bets placed on casino games or fish games are final once confirmed. Completed game rounds cannot be reversed or disputed on the basis of outcome.
• During periods of technical disruption, any game round that cannot be completed will be voided and the stake returned. J2 Bet Game is not responsible for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's end.
• Bonus wagering contributions from casino games and fish games may differ from those for sports betting. Specific contribution percentages are stated in the relevant bonus terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on J2 Bet Game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or pricing mistakes — rather than reporting them to support.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds for any illegal purpose.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Using another person's payment details to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards platform staff or other users.

J2 Bet Game actively monitors for prohibited conduct. If we detect activity that violates this section, we will take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where required.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

J2 Bet Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is suspended for investigation, we will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Bonus balances are always forfeited in cases of Terms violation. You may appeal account closure decisions by contacting our support team with relevant supporting information.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. Real-money balances on voluntarily closed accounts are returned subject to standard verification. If you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling habits, we encourage you to consider self-exclusion instead — see Section 11.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.

• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the player, including decisions made on the basis of odds or information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
